The MS-207T may measure on-load tap-change’s the transition time, the transition waveform, the transitional resistance, and other parameters of a three-phase and so on. Users needs and the conditions under direct measurements from on-load tap-change, transformers three-phase flow and may also direct wiring neutral point measurements.
